Dronepan registration error

Hi,

I'm trying out Dronepan for panoramas. After installing the app and starting it up, I get the following error message:

Registration failed - Optional("Unknown error occurred during registration(code:-999)")​

I've Googled and haven't found anything. The controller and drone are both powered on. The DJI Go App has no problem connecting.

The iPad has full Internet connectivity.

Any suggestions (including other apps to try)?

Inspire 1 v2, firmware version 1.11.01.50+
DronePan v 2.0.4
iPad Pro, iOS 11.4.1
DJI Go App v 3.1.42

I just got accepted into the DronePan community. If that fails, I'll try contacting Dennis Baldwin directly

Meanwhile, are there any other apps you might recommend?

I have a similar problem - I can not answer anywhere. There is an alternative, but paid, while I think I need to buy or not ..-
