FCC Filing Help

I own a small production company. I started with the Phantom 1 and I now have the Inspire. I wanted to see if anyone has filed for a commercial or exemption for a FCC 'license.' It's rather daunting and any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

What do you need?

First and foremost, make sure you have the right agency. The FAA will be more receptive to your application than the FCC.

There are 3 basic steps:

1. File a 333 exemption.
2. Register your "aircraft".
3. Get a pilot's license or find an RC operator with one.
