Received the Inspire 2 yesterday. Charged batteries for drone and transmitter. Connected drone to Assist on my IMac and immediately upgraded firmware. Then tried to do the same with the transmitter, and the assist software did not recognize the transmitter.
Tried both the standard and mini USB connections on the transmitter and again, no recognition.
Then on the third attempt to see if a firmware upgrade was present using Go 4 on my IPad Mini 4, an upgrade notification finally appeared and it upgraded without a hitch.
Is this normal behavior, or should my IMac have recognized the transmitter using the DJI Assist app (latest version)?
