The video stutters every 2 seconds or so for me on my pc and iPad. Slow SD card, editing software issue?

Hi, i cant remember the name of the card as i am at work and cant look, I think it is youtube as it was working fine on my end and then it started to do it, we all know what youtube can do to a video.
