For those with Phantom experience...

So I received my Phantom version 3.0 plus in today. Unlike my Inspire where I can plug a USB to lightening cable in, the only plug on the Phantom is a micro USB.

Is there even such a thing as a micro USB to lightening cable?

No there is not. You should be plugging your laptop into the phantom, not the iPad or iPhone cable

Maybe I'm misunderstanding or confused.

How do I view the telemetry and camera view while flying the Phantom? I don't attach my iPhone to the controller like I do on the Inspire??

I'm confused now.

Phantom Vision 2 + (with 3.0 upgrade... latest version from DJI in the Phantom series)

Telemetry is shown though the app which is connected to the phantom via wifi with the wifi extender on your controller. It is a very different system but a simple read through the manual and even a quick start guide will get you up and running. Please visit PhantomPilots.com for more info.
