Gimbal Error

Anyone have this error message? It’s brand new X5S DJI said I wipe connectors with ethanol? I don’t even know wtf that is.

It's updated. And actually I see that slide for inconsistent firmware thing pop up which not sure why because everything is updated.

If you see that slide to update...do it and it will probably fix the issue. I work on DJI gimbals all the time and this is a common problem.
