Gimbal problem

Good morning,
I have a problem during the update, the first uodate failed and I fo und the gimbal in a wrong position, I to remade the update but the gimbal continues to go in the wrong position.
It's impossible to move the gimbal because is feeble.
Update:
app 2.7.1
aircraft 1.6.00.40
rc 1.5.80
cam version unknown (!!)

Somebody had similar experience?
How can I fix it?

That happened to me once before as well. I reformatted the sd card, put in a fresh battery (In the Inspire), reinserted the SD card and tried again. It worked the second time around. Hope this helps!

I tried to do it, and the gimbal sound ddddddd......
What Should I do?
I have to stop or continue the update?

Whit the Dji Support I discovered that the gimbal has the update version 0.0.0000, the problem is this.
To fix it they say I have to try and retry updating or left the drone make dddddddddd for an hour but nothing has changed.
