H264 or H265?

I will be using the onboard SD card for my photos and videos, and I understand the difference between the two codecs, but what setting should I use in the go app? I read some posts that only high end pc's can process 265?

I use h265 because it does better any time there is a lot of motion on screen, such as panning, a river, etc. In post, you need to use a proxy workflow. For example I use premiere pro, it auto ingests the source files, creates proxies that are easier to work with (h264, prores, etc) and then auto replaces the sources files with the proxy in your project. Then when you go to render it uses the original source files again so you don't lose anything between source and final render.
