How do I "dumb-down" the 2nd Controller sticks?

Can anyone please tell me if its possible to "dumb-down" (make less sensitive) the 2nd Controllers sticks so that big thumbed camera operators can get better smooth pans etc? Thanks

You can adjust the pan speeds in the Pilot app.

sorted.. just kept clicked thru options.. great to be able to add ROLL to the stick control too!

You can add a roll. You need to create a custom setting.
