I have 5 sets of batteries and one set the percentage is off one will be 50% an the other will be 46% it's only on one set of batteries. All the others are consistent and equal .

Do they still allow you to fly?
If so I really wouldn't worry since the percentage number is totally meaningless and inaccurate anyway. It will/should be based on cell deviation and pack voltage deference.
This is why I am at a loss as to why DJI Go with a daft percentage type fuel guage which by its very design will be inaccurate.
Percentage is estimation (especially when trying to come to a figure based on the flat discharge curve of a Lipo), voltage is absolute.

Yeah I just looked an one is 60% an the other is 48 . IDK I know what you mean about a fuel gauge. It's only the one set for some reason. If I cross cross them it's the same thing
