Here is a detail of the modification needed to the DJI Stock case to fit the Inspire 2 with the Heliengadin folding CF props.
It is a little tricky and a Multi tool works best to cut the foam. If you don't have one, or can't borrow one, I suggest going to a tool rental place and rent one. I tried an X-acto knife first, which cut ok, but the blade was not long enough and accessibility is an issue.
All cutting is done to the lid of the case. It needs to be cut until the bird will sit fully into it. There is actually quite a bit of foam that needs to be removed.
