If I sell my 3 month old Inspire1, will the warranty follow to the buyer?

Long story short, after playing for 3 months I have decided that I will go buy a smaller Phantom 3, as Im not really taking advantage of the Inspire 1 and I would rather put that money towards some lenses for my Nikon.

depends where the warranty is from? I had one on my P3P and once I sold it I was able to transfer the warranty over to the other person at no charge.
