Inpire 1 RC charger

Just bought an inspire 1 RC to fly with my phantom 3 pro. Do I need to buy the inspire 1 charger or can i use my P3P charger.

Yes, you will need to purchase an Inspire 1 charger.

I was reading the specs for both RC's and there the same type of battery. 6000ma LIPO2s...

Yes, either charger will charge the RC since the voltage is reduced to accommodate charging a 2s internally, so purchasing a separate charger is not necessary if this is all you want to do.
However a Phantom charger will not charge a 6s pack.

Ok so I can use the phantom 3 pro charger to charge my inspire one remote. That's great but what is a 6s pack?

An Inspire battery - it has six cells.
