Inspire 1, v2.0 case question....

Hey doods;

Apparently this simple question is over the heads of DJI support. I'm not sure why I bother with them. I must be a glutton for punishment...but I digress.....

I have an Inspire 1, v2.0. I would like to mount an X5 camera to it. Naturally, I have to extend the legs to do this. Will this make it no longer fit in the OEM suit case? According to the DJI lemming, she THINKS it will fit. I honestly don't wish to adhere the leg extensions to the bird if it's not going to fit in the case.

Have any of you guys added the leg extensions? If so, were you able to continue to use the OEM case?

Thanx guys. I really appreciate your answers. Oddly enough, I've been flying my Inspire w/X5 withOUT the extensions. The camera clears the ground by about an inch. As long as the camera is not facing down when I land, it's good.

Funny...I purchased some extensions a while ago, and now I can't find them. Ain't gettin' old grand? So I ordered another set.
