Inspire 1V2.0 and Pro Camera Mount question?

I have a question regarding the Pro camera mount on the Inspire 1. On the mount furthest away from the camera, there are 2 levers that turn 90 degrees. Does anyone know what these are for?

Gimbal mounting plate levers at back (setting ?)

There are two small levers at the back of the gimbal mounting plate that don't appear connected to anything. What is the purpose and which setting of the two is yours in?
