Inspire 2 Firmware Update Fail

Hi Everyone!

I'm having some problems with my I2. I'm currently using firmware version V01.02.100 and would like to upgrade to V01.02.200. I can download the update but when it gets to the "Updating" portion of the process it fails every time at 2 or 3%. I have tried the update across many platforms (iPad, iPhone, crystal sky, laptop) with no luck. I spoke to the help desk yesterday and they recommended a fresh install of the Assistant app on my laptop. Still fails. I consistently get the same failure code 'Undefined 0x152800' They said the last option is to send it back in to service which I would rather not do if I can avoid it. Anybody else having the same problem? Any workarounds?

Ryan,

There is a thread regarding this latest update. Not sure if it specifically relates to what you are experiencing, but the suggestion currently is to not upgrade until DJI can address the acknowledged bugs.
