In stock items (drone and camera) will NOT be delayed by any accessories or parts on the order. They will ship separately when available. We do advise submitting parts and accessories as a separate order.

Unfortunately no Inspire 2 units are making their way to our WI warehouse quite yet due to limited supply as all newer product is imported directly into our LA warehouse to reduce inbound transit and customs clearance processing times.

Regarding DOA instances, they definitely do still occur here and there and you can be assured our Support Team will work with you on resolving a DOA issue as quickly as possible. Please see the below clause from our Return Policy regarding DOA:

In the event that a product shipped by Advexure arrives to the customer DOA (Dead on Arrival), the customer must submit an RMA request within 7 days following a confirmed delivery. DOA items will be repaired or exchanged at the discretion of Advexure for the same model or the manufacturer’s equivalent model. Following this period, all warranty requests must be directed to the manufacturer. Advexure will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all returns on DOA items following the acceptance of the Customer’s RMA request.
