Inspire batteries experiencing degradation with 180w charger

Is anyone else experiencing substantially reduced flying times on those batteries being charged with 180w charger? 11-12 min flying time on TB47 and 13-14 min on TB48s with Z3 camera attached.

Since getting my charging hub and 180w charger I have only used this for my TB47's and 48's and am getting the same time, typically around 16mins on a TB48 with the Z3 attached (running down to 30%).
