I got mine from Bestem aerial website here in states. I saw the backpack on their Ebay page as an open box item but not used so i got it for a pretty good price.

Final word from me re this subject. I rang Bestem Aerial this afternoon (UK time) and my request for a refund on the Inspak X3 case was dealt with efficiently, quickly and very friendly - cannot praise their level of customer service too highly. Immediately ordered the X5 version from their UK agents and should have it within 48 hours. Me? I'm a very happy teddy especially as my Z3 camera will be here tomorrow
I have the same experience with their customer service. They are very nice and friendly and they get your issue resolved with no hassle. I wish DJI's customer service were like that but I have nothing but problems with Dji's customer service.
Please let us know how Z3 performs in comparison with the X3 camera. I thinking of getting a Z3 camera but I'm just not sure if it's worth spending over $800 for the Z3.
