iOS ---------> Windows ?

Hey guys, I'm stumped on this one.......

I'm trying to transfer mp.4 files from my iPad mini 2 to my windows PC?

I connect to the PC, it shows and apple device is connected, but when I try to look at internal storage (which is getting full (only 2 gigs left)) it shows the folder as empty ???

once you have itunes installed, there is an "apps" section , inside that section you can access the DJI app and get the files you need.

Thanks guys, actually I'm trying to transfer the .mp4 files created by the shou app (screen recorder).

so hopefully they will be under the shou app details in itunes, there is a file transfer section down the bottom

But......... I deleted the files via PC and manually on iPad. Still showing up within file explorer on PC? When I try to delete from PC it says I don't have permission?
