Is the iPad 5th generation with an i9 processor capable of image transmission in the Inspire 1?

There's a promotional deal where if I buy the iPhone 7 plus I can get the iPad 5th gen for $99.

yes. I use it alot myself, got a great deal on it.
But you won't have any gps unless buying the one with mobile data options.....

But it doesn't have the anti-glare like the Mini and the Pro..Is it decent in the sun?
