Here are a few pictures of my single operator version:
(No gimbal and receiver)
I just mounted the VuePro statically at the rear of the Inspire, pointing down at an fixed angle:

How are you finding the IMRC 25? A couple years back we used the IMRC 600mW a ton on all sorts of custom FPV setups and found great success with it but with just 25mW I don't think I could be comfortable and confident carrying out any SAR missions. Curious as to how you're finding things for your specific application.

but with just 25mW I don't think I could be comfortable ...
Yes, you are right. Please note that here in Germany we are not allowed to exceed 25mW TX power from air to ground.
So, doing work in checking solarpanels, buildings, roofs, etc. it is sufficient, but for 'long range/distance' SAR missions - No.

Let's see how the transition to my S1000/A3pro and a Gremsy gimbal will work. (That's work i have to do in the next months)

I purchased the 640 XT at the first of the year. Easy up and easy down. FAA approval went well. It was a lot to stomach at first, but had performed well. I charge about 500 minimum to do thermal imaging, so no performance issues is worth money.
" FAA approval went well"
Not sure what approval are you referring to?
