Hoping you have come to a resolution seeing this is over 3 hours old...
Best I can recommend would be remove the lens, ensure all terminals are clean and reseat lens. Remove X5S from gimbal mount, inspect pin connector terminal on the male and female end to ensure no pins are damaged, re-power aircraft. Could also possibly be an app glitch (but unlikely) so a delete and clean install of the GO 4 App would be recommended.
