Lens not recognized

ive been getting the warning about the camera not recognizing the lens. I'm using the x5s with the factory lens. AND IM ON SET. Any suggestions?
 
Hoping you have come to a resolution seeing this is over 3 hours old...

Best I can recommend would be remove the lens, ensure all terminals are clean and reseat lens. Remove X5S from gimbal mount, inspect pin connector terminal on the male and female end to ensure no pins are damaged, re-power aircraft. Could also possibly be an app glitch (but unlikely) so a delete and clean install of the GO 4 App would be recommended.

Hope things play out...otherwise a call into DJI Tech Support or the dealer.
 
I have been having problems with this on the X5S / Inspire 2 as well? Will get the warning every 3 or 4 flights on multiple lenses, sometimes even after resetting the lens.

Is this something that anyone has resolved or detected?
