Lilliput monitor for operator remote, 664 P or 663 P2

Hello, I'm looking for a monitor for mi operator remote and maybe for the master remote, I fly with an Ipad mini2 but I need a better monitor for recording movies and taking pictures. Now I found those monitors and the price it's the same. The 663 is the heaviest. Any suggestion?
