We can record & take photos but the live feed & live shots will not show while in flight on our phone camera app.

My newbie eyes only see that the aircraft & camera versions are different with a (+) sign. Not sure what to do? We thought about trying to reset & reload the original firmware. But, reading here against that.
The X3 (white) camera works perfect on the OSMO, but no live image with the drone
The OSMO X3 camera on the drone WILL give a Live image??? But obviously no gimbal works with the X3 OSMO camera
BTW- I'm in Cabo San Lucas Mexico, there isn't any repair shops in the area we would trust. It would need to be shipped to the USA.
