M210RTK - XT camera problem

In menu I set up XT to save as R-JPEG. However when I view I find its saves as jpg
Any suggestions on Fix?

Not sure, would have to check for 100% certainty, but the Image file extensions do normally only show JPG even when they are JPG-R.
Grap the FLIR Tools download and open image files.
You should notice all the FLIR Tools features are available as expected.
