does anyone know where the mag is physically located?

I have a payload that is causing it to flash red then yellow.

Could I get away with a calibration with that payload onboard? would that possibly take care of the "interference"?

It's located at the head of the aircraft up top. It's connected to the main controller which is directly underneath. The second board is next to the battery. They all integrate into the main controller.

turned out to be something in the floor, I moved it 30cm and it worked like a charm....

me too, I was wondering if i shoudl re cal the mag with the payload onboard, I do that with another UAV, but dont know how the inspire would like it
