Sorry to hear about flyaways every time, but say thanks to God that it didn't fall to child's head or on the highway. Install Stop Flyaway and a parachute, don't fly without safety system! That must be the rule for all pilots! All regular aircrafts have several redundant control systems and drones have only main system. If it fails, your drone may kill someone. Safety system is a must nowadays!
