Hey all. I have piloting an inspire2 for 5 years. A few weeks ago put it in a tree. The crash wasn't horrible, but i immediately noticed the camera feed from my x5s was no longer showing up to my phone via the dji app. After inspecting the gimbal and camera body of the x5s, everything looked great. I then took apart the gimbal vibration absorber board mount on the drone. I noticed 2 or 3 of the connections by the quick connect were broken. (See picture). Would these broken connections be the reason why I lost all video/camera signal to my phone? Thanks a million!IMG_3431 2.jpeg

Though I don't fly an Inspire 2 specifically, I have built, fixed and flown many drones. I have also built and fixed many computers that utilize the same type of multipin connection. Never once in 20+ years, have I seen rogue wires just dangling that were not terminated to the connector. So, based on that experience, I can say with a lot of confidence that this is your problem. Re-terminating those wires is going to be difficult and tedious. Honestly, I would replace the part. Good luck.

Donnie! You answered the question perfectly. I have a new part sitting in my online cart but didn't want to order it until i got confirmation from someone smarter than me that the "rogue wires" as you put it were likely my issue. Thank you!

Keep us in the loop as to how the repair goes.
