No video feed on X3 mounted on X5 Inspire

Might not be the place to post this and maybe there is another thread somewhere that I couldn't find on the topic but yesterday I mounted my X3 on my upgraded Inspire 1 with an X5. When I open up the app and connect to the aircraft I get no video feed. I know its working because if I cover the lens with my hand the auto exposure changes the ISO and shutter speed.

I searched this forum and DJI's and got a few mentions on the DJI one but no real issue acknowledgment or solutions. Any one have any ideas or leads?

To be honest this was the first time since receiving my X5 that I have tried the X3 so maybe its been and issue along.

i had an issue like yours only i couldnt tilt or pan the x3 gimbal.
i fixed it by selecting "reset camera settings" and it worked.
worth a shot anyhow.
also try rebooting everything a few times.
