Pelican 1541 knockoff at Harbour Freight

I picked up two of their Apache 3800 cases after Thanksgiving for $39. They are the same size as the Pelican 1541 and is ideal for holding the Cendence controller, a 7.8 CrystalSky and 4 batteries. Got an email from them today with a coupon knocking it down to $29.

Yes pick and pluck. Go to Michael's and get some modpodge and socks the foam after you fit your gear. Gives it a sealed foam look and us more sturdy. I added black latex paint on mine.

Craft glue.

What is said "pick and pluck"?

The foam is scored with cuts of about 3/4 inch. Allows you to pull out what you don't need in a grid. The glue I used keeps the pieces you want from pulling apart.
