Pilot and Inspire needed for a documentary end of July Latvia & Belarus

A colleague is filming a documentary towards the end of July in the Baltic region (Riga, Latvia -> Minsk Belarus with maybe a stop in Lithuania somewhere. Does anyone work in that area that has gear, talent and local law awareness that can assist?

I am a Belgium based licensced operator.dji i2 X7
Latvia and Belarus are adopting the EU EASA Regulations.ln Belarus you can buy a licensce for commercial use 97 euro.
So with a european Licensce and a drone permit for Belarus its no problem.
