Pilot App "Pilot Level"

anyone have any insight on how the pilot level is calculated? I know it's not a big deal either way, but I was just curious. Also, what are the different "ranks" as far as pilot level is concerned?

I do not know ANYONE who has moved from being a newbie/junior.

It is strange DJI Voodoo...... nobody knows (probably DJI don't either )
