Please help - Getting esc error message

Motors does not start up ..!! It's say ESC restart aircraft contact DJI...
Any help will be greatly appreciated thanks.!!

Please provide some additional information. When was the last time the aircraft was flown? Did it perform as expected with no error messages? Any changes you've made since then, such as a firmware upgrade?

When you restart the aircraft does the ESC Error message appear immediately?

Yes .. it comes on immediately when I start the motors.. thanks

Aircraft links up fine... powers on , calibrated the IMU ,compass and etc.

Then you have a faulty aircraft (probably failed esc FET). They just fail suddenly, they do not normally give a warning.

If you are competent in multirotor maintenance , sourcing and replacing an esc is a simple enough job. However, you will need to establish which corner is faulty.
