prop install

New to the forum. I just got my inspire and when I go to install the props they don't see to fit in. with the online video, it looks like the white arrow should be aligned, but that is not the case. Any thoughts?

Ok, I figured it out. Basically, they were in the locked position. I "unlocked" them, then was able to insert the props and lock them back in.
