Prores and DWG license not showing up on my Assistant 2 license page

Prores and DWG license not showing up on my Assistant 2 license page, so I can't activate these formats (bought it from DJI). DJI, had useless generic suggestions (restart, change cables, etc). So frustrating. Any ideas?

Welcome to the group! You may want to try a fresh factory reset in the Assistant 2 and reload the licenses.

Depending on how they were purchased with DJI you may have to load them to activate. They may not come pre-loaded. If this is the case you would have an activation code in an email that is used through Assistant 2 to activate both your ProRes and CDNG.
