Purchasing first quad

When you jump in to purchase and you read you almost do not want to at times . ?
But I see A,B C & D and wonder.
So I have a chance to purchase "C" new from amazon from Insight Elect for 2300 or purchase a "D" from
B&H for 2500 .
So not sure for this is first Quad Copter what direction to go and wonder if "D" would have any better updates and make it easier to learn from?
And I need a tablet for it and wonder was size most are purchasing and have best results using?
Wondering on purchase of larger size battery and if charger that comes with Inspire charges larger battery without any problems?
Any help would be good to hear.

I like the iPad Mini 2 or 4 if an apple device or the Nvidia Shield K1 if an Android device. You can find many other commonly used devices here. The charger that comes with the Inspire will charge either battery.
