Re use of I1 case

That looks nice and clean. Unfortunately for me I have a second remote sitting in that spot in my case. I'm currently looking for a way to use the old Inspire 1 case to hold my Extra Batteries, Charging Hub, Charger, and spare props.

Thanks if you have another remote probably going to have to wait for a decent case . I wish they would've made a spot for a pad somewhere too.

As that is about the only case than could take an I2 and still fit within the 62" checked bag limit on most US airlines...

It isn't a carry-on limit, that is the checked bag size limit and yes it is all three dimensions added together.

Smart move with a separate case. Have you ever carried batteries, similar to these onto a passenger aircraft?

I met with a guy who makes cases he took dimensions of everything hopefully getting a good landing mode case pretty cheap.
The one from aerial looks like they cut a inspire 1 case bigger

I upgraded my camera backpack and use my old one for batteries and extra equipment. Carry everything on my back and pull the bird in the hard case.
