Remote ID renewal issue Inspire 1

Hi I am having trouble entering remote ID for FAA UAV renewal for Inspire 1. Our Matrice and Mavic no issues. Will not take the remote ID I am entering. Anyone have a suggestion? I cannot seem to find any discussion on this, yet sorry if this has come up before.

Have you tried entering "No" ? It is what I have put in. I have 7 currently registered craft with 0 having anything for the relatively new "remote id" field. I suspect this is for future use.
