Did you happen to notice the position of the right slider on the rear when seeing slow performance? Please read this post and further discussion here: Cendence woes
If this does not work do as follows and it should solve it.
Rebind original Remote, calibrate sticks and fly, It should be fine.
Then rebind Cendence as Master and again calibrate the sticks, note you must also calibrate the two top wheels, focus wheel and the side sliders by moving them through their full swings when you are doing the sticks even though it may not be shown.
Make sure side sliders are at minimum but should be fine after this.
