Hi Guys,

Are you still using old Inspire Batteries? I habe some from 2015 here and not sure if i should use em.

20 charge cycles
80 charge cycles

Both are healthy and optical in good shape.

When do you guys sort them out

Thanks a lot.

Regards

The best way to audit your batteries is to fly the bird while paying attention to the cells and voltage on the battery page of the Go App. The process is time consuming, but not if you only have 2 batteries. I have more than a dozen.

More than likely, older cells will go into the red under hard acceleration. As long as the battery settles to orange or green, you're good to go. I use orange and red tape to identify batteries that are "questionable" (but usable) or retired, respectively.

Pro Tip: If a battery fails, fully charge it and drain it to 0% (not 0 voltage) one or more times. Sometimes this brings a failing battery up to usable status.
