The way I read it, we all need to take a test? It would also seem that if we take the test then there is no longer a distinction of flying a drone for commercial purpose vs flying a drone for fun, so anybody who passes the test can fly commercially? 333 Exemption is no longer needed?
yesSo if I read this right, It is legal (August 2016) in the US to use my UAS for commercial use? I will just need have a UAS Pilot Certificate (coming soon) and abide the rules?

If you have a 333 you wont need the 107, though. It can be used in lieu of the 107.
Here is a question for you guys.
I have submitted a 333 just before Part 107 came down. What should I do? Let it ride or pull it?
