Two Controllers Fit Inside Factory Case?

I am trying to make use of the wide open space in the upper left of the factory I2 case. It looks like it almost fits my 2nd regular controller pretty well. However laying the 2nd controller flat like this will leave a solid few inch gap between the top part of the foam. And I'd imagine it could pop out a bit inside.

Has anyone thought of any better ideas for this to make the 2nd controller fit snug? Is there a foam insert I can purchase? Or should I just make one and glue it to the top piece myself?

It would be nice to be able to carry both inside.

Did you not get the box when you bought the controller? The shipping foam should fit in the standard spot in the case. I may be wrong but the Cendence Remote did.

This is the regular i2 controller, not the Cendence.

I didnt get the foam in the original box.

Where in FL are you located? We might have some of those foam inserts around.

Hey, thanks. I appreciate that. I'm in the Southeast, near West Palm Beach.

I ordered some basic foam. I plan on whipping something up.

If you could post a picture of what the factory foam looks like, maybe I'll try to copy that.

The case was supposed to come with 2?

Mine only came with 1!

I would like to take a moment to say thank you to Florida Drone Supply for going out of their way to hook me up and take care of me with an extra one of these foam inserts for the I2 controller. They definitely helped me out. ✌?
