Unable to post to classifieds?

Can someone enlighten me as to why I don't have permission to post to classifieds?

From the Rules section in the Classified forum,
"A member with at least 10 posts and 30 days of active status in the forum may post a classified ad. "

Yes - it's clearly written in the classifieds listing rules - which I'm sure everybody reads before attempting to post.
Which is why we always get posts including price, currency and location.
