Vibration Absorbing Board Replacement

I know many of you have done this upgrade. I'm thinking of doing it before I get any paying jobs just to prevent any jello effect...worth the upgrade?

Almost a requirement for video imo. Stills not so much. Some have just changed the rubber dampers of the original gimbal mount.
