Video export settings from Photoshop CC

Hi, this has probably been asked before but can someone help with video export settings from Photoshop CC.
I dont have any other video editing software (PC based.)

This is my current workflow;
Shoot the video - adjust for exposure - 4k (X3 Camera)
1. Open Photoshop - open video file to the timeline -looks nice on the timeline
2. Create "smart oject"
3. Filter > Lens Correction > DJI > Inspire 1 FC350
4. Filter > Camera Raw Filter > Adjust color, white balance, exposure etc, etc.
5. Cut and edit video timeline
6. Export video > YouTubeHD720p > looks like rubbish
7. Export video > VimeoHD720p > looks a little better
8. Export video > YouTubeHD1080p > looks like rubbish
7. Export video > VimeoHD1080p > looks like rubbish

End result will be uploaded to Youtube.

Can someone point me in right direction or what I should be doing.
