Video stream start lag after update

Hello,
At first: Sorry for my bad english.

I just updated my Inspire 1 and PilotApp.
The controler signal and video signal is good. But now, the video stream start lagging. I tried to reset my phone, but nothing happend.

Does anyone know, what's wrong?

Hope it works well for you! My live feed was unfpvable until i turned that option on. It was lagging and the screen was getting all distorted and blurry. It made me scared to fly the bird! =D
 
I'll try this today, when i come home..
I hope this is the problem

i had this problem today. I fixed it by going into the "General settings" in the PilotApp, Under "Camera" enable "Enable Hardware Decode".

I have tried and tried and tried to find this option but just cannot. any chance of a screen shot?Using an android tablet.
 
I showed no video on Android 1.1 updates to 1.2 and now is super laggy
