USA What are your aerial rates for hire?

I am glad I looked at this topic. As many of you are aware I am an sUAS program manager and pilot but fly under COA while working towards my 107. While I am unable to do any for-profit under COA, I see the potential for special projects and have discussed with several roofers and a few realtors. The roofers all think they can buy a Mavic and do it themselves, not realizing the FAA view on needing a 107 for business use. These people tend to want to pay around $50. They are already having to bid everything so close due to saturated markets. I see the use of the mapping capability as pivotal here, give them some great measurements and slope calculations. But, that would drive costs up. Back to the COA, the day is coming where the public events and marketing people are going to want something for the next brochure and charging something would be reasonable, even if we work for the same agency. A special fund for aircraft wear perhaps.

My fees are $5K per day, air conditioned trailer, Perrier must be on site, M&Ms in a bowl but brown ones removed, a private loo, pick up in a limo. But no one calls, don't understand why....
Probably your disdain of brown M&Ms...just saying....
