I am working on learning the ins and outs of my new (new to me) Inspire 1 Version 2.
I flew it yesterday and am astonished at the difference between it and my beloved Mavic Pro.
Many told me I would be, and they were correct

I have a question about these white tubular plastic items.
Do they stay there and you just don't concern yourself with them?
The reason I ask is it seems like they could fall off with a little bumping.
I want to be sure I am not flying with something that is used only for storing or shipping.

Thank You very much for any assistance!

It is for shock absorption!

Don't break em!...filled with a hydraulic oil that is MESSY!

Two of them are not secure.
They can be lifted up like this with no force needed.
I just purchased the drone used and I am checking it out. It's in great shape so far.
If these are oil filled can I assume I need to repair them somehow?

As @TruGreen mentioned, no problem simply gluing them back to a secure position. Their function is to solely to absorb some of the force on harder landings. Land soft and you're all good! Safe flying with the new craft.
