An old roofer once told me that if he had to wait to work based on forecasts, he would never work!
The bigger issue is will it be pretty enough to capture what you want. Although I may not shoot beauty shots in these conditions, I might do surveys or inspections.
Obviously, you don't want to fly when it's raining.
